They set you up with great discounts and there are no long forms or red tape to deal with. We started saving 25% off our payroll services from ADP within two days.

I have only been using BizUnite since last summer. It has saved me not only a lot of $$$$, but also great amount of time! The Services from BizUnite are easy to sign up for. Any question that I have had has been answered immediately, either by phone or e-mail. Once I set up my accounts, the venders have been very helpful also. Easy on-line ordering is set up, and I can access it any time. Office Max has given me my own rep. I can call him with any questions, or e-mail him and he gets right back to me. He also alerts me when there are specials on products that I use most, or with coupons that I can apply to my order. I get a great discount with OfficeMax, AND I get FREE, overnight, shipping on any thing I order. I have also used them with a "special" order, and not only did they beat the prices I was finding online, they also shipped overnight, for free!! Just wanted to pass on my experiences with Bizunite to date! We bought 6 tires thru the TruckersB2B program, the process is not really clear but the savings is at least 30% probably more so I would recommend it. I have found Leah, our advisor, to be very helpful. The Grainger program I have not used but checked it out and it is a good program that we will use. I intend to check out most of their programs and take advantage of them. Thanks for bringing this to the IDCO group there is real savings here, for A-1 Industrial and our employees. I'm making all of these savings to our employees 30% to 40% on tires is a big deal to them.

My company has been using Lamprey for a while. This is an easy program. They basically do all the work! They get copies of your freight bills (UPS is what we use), review them to determine if shipments were delivered on time and then email UPS requesting a refund. I receive an email from UPS indicating they are reviewing it. Later I receive another email from UPS indicating they will issue a credit or give the reason why they will not. Lamprey will send us a bill showing all credits and the balance due to them for our negotiated discount. This is a no brainer! I have always looked at it that % of something is better than nothing at all! We would never recoup any of these credits ourselves except for the next day, second day items since the customers would complain. This is a great program and will benefit any business!

We are going to save just about $3,000 annually by switching to ADP. The program is everything that was presented. The ease of use is awesome and the savings are significant. The transition to ADP was extremely easy and the ADP team was certainly very knowledgeable about the data necessary for the conversion. We’ve been on ADP for over 4 months and there have been no surprises. We are very pleased with the program and would certainly recommend it to other dealers. Much like our national economy our business continues to work hard in hopes for more prosperous times to come. I was already using Wright Express but through PSA Perks I automatically get the monthly fees waived so a saved a few $$$$ there. Also I already had a Grainger account but now I get additional discounts and FREE freight on purchases. I save money for doing nothing other than registering for the programs. How great is that????

As I mentioned in our telephone conversation, our conversation to the AIP Merchant Services program has been a good experience for Epting Distributors. The entire implementation was a “non-issue”. When we have had questions or changes that needed to be made, the staff has responded in a prompt and professional manner. I will also add we have actually experienced savings on our monthly credit card fees. I would recommend First Data Merchant Services as a viable company to service the merchant services needs of any prospective BLUE HAWK member or any other prospective company. True savings on office supplies: I priced out our most commonly used office supplies online for the participating vendors and found the regular online pricing about the same as what we currently pay through our existing supplier. Then, I checked out NEHPBA’s Hearth Benefits’ pricing and found that we will now be saving an average of 25% on stuff we always use.
Credit card processing fees drive me crazy! Since 2003, I have not found anyone who could save me enough (if anything) to induce me to switch from my current processor. Really, how do those processing fees get figured out? After speaking with Jerry at First Data, I actually understand how most processors (including my current one) base charges. First Data is different.
